About the Role
This is a Partner-level opportunity at a national labor and employment law firm, joining a practice exclusively focused on representing employers. The role centers on environmental workplace safety law — helping companies navigate regulatory compliance, permitting, and EPA enforcement challenges — and is open to both Income Partner and Equity Partner tracks depending on portable book of business.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
Handle environmental permitting matters and respond to EPA enforcement actions and regulatory challenges.
Manage and grow client relationships, leveraging cross-selling opportunities across a national attorney network.
Build and develop your own book of business with firm support and an entrepreneurial, autonomous practice structure.
Utilize AI-assisted legal research and document review tools to enhance efficiency and deliver high-value client counsel.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on environmental law, workplace safety, or EPA regulatory matters.
Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm handling environmental permitting and/or EPA enforcement.
Demonstrated portable book of business: approximately $500K minimum for the Income Partner track, or approximately $1M for the Equity Partner track.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Track record of client relationship management and business development in environmental or occupational health law.
Experience with OSHA compliance or occupational health matters is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $200,000 – $350,000 USD annually, plus a transparent origination and responsibility (O&R) compensation structure. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
This role is remote (U.S.-based), with Atlanta, GA as the primary anchor location.
