The Lead Program Manager provides oversight of multiple program units and supervises Program Managers.
Responsible for strategic planning, operational leadership, staff supervision, compliance, and ensuring high-
quality therapeutic services. Oversees daily operations across programs, ensures consistency in care, and
supports leadership development among Program Managers
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license.
- Current CPRÂ -Â can be obtained on-site upon employment
- Current HWC - can be obtained on-site upon employment Â
