Lead Software Architect

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Architect to help build cybersecurity products by defining and driving cybersecurity architecture, threat strategy, and technical direction across multiple teams and programs. This role sits within the Innovation, Architecture, and Threat Intelligence organization and serves as a senior technical authority to product development supporting secure system design, threat analysis, and cybersecurity best practices across the enterprise. 

 
You will report directly to our Chief Architect, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA locations on a hybrid work schedule. 

 
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on architecture, guidance, and influence—not day-to-day operations or people management. You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product teams to ensure security is built into systems from the earliest design stages.
