Cozen O’Connor has an excellent opportunity for Legal Practice Assistant with strong litigation experience to join our Atlanta office. This position plays a crucial role in providing primary support to litigators in our Global Insurance, Subrogation & Recovery, and Business Litigation practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a working knowledge of insurance and legal processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under time constraints with exceptional attention to detail.

This role also requires exceptional transcription and document production skills, as a significant portion of the position involves preparing legal documents from extensive attorney dictation. Candidates should be comfortable managing a high volume of dictated work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
