Qualifications

Active Life Insurance License (required)
Resident and non-resident licenses in multiple states preferred
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Professional phone presence
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Experience

Proven success in insurance, outside sales, or retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of life insurance products; experience with health, property & casualty, or commercial insurance is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Working knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)

Compensation

$20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
Competitive uncapped commissions
Outstanding earning potential based on performance
