As a Line Cook, you’ll play an important role in preparing and executing our menu in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about creating exceptional dishes for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently follow signature recipes, specifications, and culinary standards to deliver high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional line station that supports consistent execution and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and pride in your work while supporting and encouraging fellow team members.
  • Use opening and closing checklists to ensure each station is fully prepared for service and properly reset at the end of every shift.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including accurate completion of required logs and documentation.
  • Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and restocking using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to maintain freshness and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Experience with high-volume or quantity food preparation preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong cooking skills and follow established menus and recipes accurately.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
