Lineman

We’re seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to support and lead field operations across a variety of telecommunications projects. If you take pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork, we want you on our crew.

What You’ll Do

• Support and work alongside lead linemen on daily job site operations

• Install aerial and underground telecommunications cables (fiber & copper)

• Connect wires to terminals and attach/detach hardware on poles, cables, and buildings

• Perform aerial construction tasks including:

  • Cable installations

  • Pole transfers

  • Strand building

  • Lashing

• Complete basic construction work such as trenching, placing conduit, inner duct, and cable

• Climb utility poles and/or operate aerial lift trucks to install cable per system design

• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in telecom, utility, or construction work (aerial telecom experience preferred)

• Class A CDL preferred

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong understanding of job site safety practices

• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated
