Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of our fast-paced food manufacturing facilities.

Our main priority is finding a strong leader and people manager who can train, coach, develop, and hold a maintenance team accountable. We will provide training on our specific machinery; however, candidates must have solid industrial maintenance experience and be able to troubleshoot equipment and guide the team through repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily maintenance operations.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and leads.
  • Establish expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, and performance.
  • Assign and prioritize maintenance work based on production needs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.
  • Partner with Production, FSQA, Warehouse, and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
  • Strong people-management, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong industrial equipment troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
