Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Services Manager will be responsible for clinical, operational, and fiscal activities of comprehensive outpatient services. The Manager is responsible for leading the services which are accredited by TJC for behavioral health. Required to apply frequently a set of management principles to these operations. Must be capable of independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, clinical services, and administrative or professional programs. Has responsibility for overall clinical quality and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work or other mental health related field.
  • Three (3) years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs or activities.
  •  Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN or Psychologist
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
