The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our Atlanta, GA team. You’ll design customized training programs, provide expert guidance, and help clients stay accountable so they can achieve lasting results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with members, delivering individualized programs based on goals, fitness levels, and abilities.
- Perform assessments (body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, etc.) to track progress.
- Provide expert coaching on form, technique, and safety.
- Build complete weekly training routines for clients (both in-person and independent programs).
- Motivate and hold clients accountable through consistent support and encouragement.
- Design progressive programs targeting strength, endurance, flexibility, and functional fitness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming for continued results.
- Educate clients on lifestyle and nutrition basics to support long-term success.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, training methods, and continuing education.
- Contribute to club events and workshops to enhance the member experience.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Proven training experience (preferably in a gym or fitness club).
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt programs to all fitness levels and limitations.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and guiding clients into programs that fit their goals.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
