THE OPPORTUNITYĀ
The PorterĀ maintainsĀ the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, ensuringĀ common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces meetĀ high standards. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ trash removal, light maintenance tasks, andĀ assistingĀ with apartment turnover preparation. By creating a clean and welcoming environment, the Porter plays a key role in resident satisfaction.Ā

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESāÆāÆ
- Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds,Ā swimming pools and spas,Ā parking lots,Ā breezewaysĀ andĀ common areas.āÆ
- Ensure cleanliness,Ā functionalityĀ and safety of amenitiesĀ at all times.āÆāÆ
- AssistĀ in the unit turn process by removing items left byĀ previousĀ residents.āÆ
- DeliverĀ notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property.āÆ
- Work independently while following company standards,Ā demonstratingĀ attention to detail, andĀ maintainingĀ a commitment to resident satisfaction.āÆ
- Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.āÆ
- Support the team with other duties as needed toĀ maintainĀ resident satisfaction and property standards.āÆāÆāÆĀ

CANDIDATE PROFILEāÆāÆāÆāÆāÆāÆ
- PreviousĀ experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.āÆ
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.āÆ
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach toĀ maintainingĀ company standards.āÆ
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.):āÆ
- Over 75 lbs.Ā Ā Rare needāÆ
