About Colony Roofers

Colony Roofers is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to support commercial roofing projects throughout the Atlanta area. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Colony’s quality standards.

What You'll Do

Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through completion.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries.
Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plans.
Monitor job progress, costs, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.
Conduct jobsite visits and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
Ensure installations meet contract requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.
Support change orders, closeout documentation, and warranty requirements.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing, shingles, repairs, and installation.
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Working knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Atlanta area.

Physical requirements include climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, working outdoors, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Local travel throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area is required.
