About the Role As a Quality Control Binder, you’ll be responsible for reviewing transcripts, verifying exhibits, and assembling final job materials for shipment. You’ll ensure all work is accurate, complete, and meets regional and client-specific requirements while maintaining strict deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review transcripts to ensure accuracy and compliance with job and regional requirements Verify exhibits are complete, accurate, and properly included or held as required Label and bind CD-ROMs and transcripts according to specifications Assemble, bind, and finalize transcript packages for delivery Perform final quality control checks and seal completed jobs Package completed jobs neatly and transfer them to the shipping station Research and resolve discrepancies using internal systems Support other production functions and assist with cross-training as needed Maintain organization and cleanliness of the production workspace What You’ll Need Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience: Experience in a production or office environment preferred Education: High school diploma or GED required Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines Physical: Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform light lifting Attributes: Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and responsive to direction What Success Looks Like Consistently producing error-free, high-quality transcript packages Meeting all deadlines for production and shipping Maintaining organized and efficient workflows in the production area Supporting team members and contributing to overall production success Work Environment This role is based in a production/office environment and requires standing, movement, and hands-on work throughout the day.
