Receiving Inventory Order Control Coordinator

Summary: 

This position is responsible for Receiving and verifying inbound product has been shipped to ADT on a vailid PO in the correct quantities, Ensuring the order selectors do not run out of product for production, safely and accurately stage inventory, accurate counting and record keeping of on hand inventory. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Receiving correct quantity of items against the correct PO provided in Oracle 
• Replenish Inventory in order section staging locations 
• Cycle count inventory for accuracy 
• Inspect inbound product for damage or non-compliance 
• Stage received inventory into warehouse for future consumption 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

• High School education 
• 1 year prior distribution center experience 
• Ability to pass hazmat certification 
• Forklift experience

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Experience using Oracle, SAP or some other Warehouse management system 
• Some college or high level math and organizational skills      

Additional Skills and Certifications: 

• Some heavy lifting of boxes up to 45 lbs 
• Strong math skills 
• Detailed and accurate work habits
• Forklift Certification
