Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Receptionist is responsible for: Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all tim Handling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies Answering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy Greeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested Receiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clients Keeping lobby and desk area clean and presentable  Performing other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management Demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property Arriving for work on time and adheres to the program’s attendance policies Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and completing duties in the allotted time Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program’s emergency preparedness plan, emergency and security procedures Participating in all mandatory training and attends in-service training as required QualificationsQualifications: Must have a high school diploma and/or GED  Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience; hotel experience is highly desirable  Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills.  Experience with billing or admissions processes in a healthcare setting are highly desirable.
