Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA - Atlanta, GA 30303Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer | Location: Regional / Remote with travel About Allegiance Industries Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, Allegiance Industries is a founder-led, debt-free facilities services company operating across 26 states with approximately 2,300 team members. We deliver services through four integrated lines of business β Janitorial, Security, Electrical, and Facility Management β self-performing our work with our own trained crews rather than brokering it out. That model gives our clients direct accountability and gives our sales leaders a story that is genuinely differentiated in the market. The Opportunity We are expanding our national field sales organization and are seeking a Regional Sales Director to own new business development within a defined territory. This is a senior, high-autonomy hunting role: you will identify, pursue, and close multi-site and single-site facilities services contracts with mid-market and enterprise clients, supported by a dedicated inside sales and lead generation team, a customer success function, and operations leadership committed to retaining what you win. This role is a fit for a proven facilities, building services, or B2B outsourced-services sales professional who wants direct access to executive leadership, a fast decision-making environment, and the ability to shape a growing sales organization rather than inherit a mature one. It is also a fit for an operations-driven candidate ready to move into sales. If you have spent your career in facilities services in a client-facing role β account management, site or regional operations, or service delivery leadership β you already have the two things that are hardest to teach: credibility with buyers and a real understanding of how this work gets delivered and priced. We will teach you the sales process, the CRM, and the pursuit discipline. Key Responsibilities β’ Territory ownership β Own a defined regional territory and build a qualified pipeline of janitorial, security, electrical, and facility management opportunities. β’ Full-cycle selling β Drive the full sales cycle β prospecting, discovery, site walks, solution design, pricing collaboration, proposal delivery, and contract close. β’ Enterprise-level deals β Target contracts with an average annual value of $400K or more, selling at the director, VP, and C-suite level within client organizations. β’ Inside sales partnership β Work in close partnership with our inside sales and lead generation team β actively pursue the qualified opportunities they deliver, provide timely feedback on outcomes, and complement that flow with your own self-generated pipeline. β’ Operations partnership β Collaborate with operations leadership on solution design, pricing, and seamless account startup. β’ Pipeline discipline β Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a consistent activity cadence across the territory. β’ Market presence β Represent Allegiance at industry associations, trade events, and regional networking channels to build long-term market presence. Performance Expectations This role carries a $4 million annual new-business quota. With an average contract value of $400K+ per year, success looks like approximately ten new account wins annually β a pace our current field sales leaders sustain with the support of our inside sales engine and lead generation team. Candidates joining from an operations background follow a structured onboarding and ramp plan, with first-year targets adjusted to reflect that ramp. Progress is measured on qualified pipeline development, sales-accepted opportunities, closed annual contract value, and the retention quality of the business you bring in. What You Bring β’ Sales path β 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling facilities services, building services, or comparable outsourced or contract services. or β’ Operations path β 5+ years in facilities services, building services, or a comparable contract-services environment in a client-facing role, with a track record of growing, expanding, and retaining client relationships. No prior quota-carrying experience required; we train the sales process. β’ Commercial evidence β For sales-path candidates, a documented record of closing six-figure annual contract value deals and carrying a multi-million-dollar quota. For operations-path candidates, evidence of commercial impact: organic account growth, renewals, scope expansions, or ownership of pricing and margin. β’ Strong consultative selling skills β or the operational and financial fluency to build them quickly β including comfort with labor-based service pricing. β’ Established relationships or demonstrated ability to build them among property management, corporate real estate, healthcare, industrial, and education decision-makers. β’ Self-directed work ethic, comfort with regional travel, and proficiency with modern CRM tools. Why Allegiance β’ Stability β A founder-led, debt-free company that invests in growth from a position of financial strength. β’ Speed β Direct access to the CRO and executive team β decisions on pricing, solutions, and strategy happen in days, not quarters. β’ Differentiation β A self-performing delivery model that gives you a credible, differentiated story in every pursuit. β’ Advancement β A growing sales organization where early leaders shape the playbook, the territory map, and their own trajectory. β’ Development β Structured sales onboarding, CRM and pricing training, and direct coaching from the CRO for operators making the move into sales. β’ Compensation β Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure, discussed during the interview process.
