Overview Empire & Co. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator / Junior Account Manager to join our Atlanta team. This role will support Account Managers and play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client engagement through installation. Key Responsibilities Support Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project needs Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations Coordinate internally with design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution Track orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installation Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, and lead times Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordingly Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and installations Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders Help identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience QualificationsSkills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Interior Design, or related field) 1–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Interest in commercial furniture, design, or workplace solutions preferred
