Atlanta Food Factory: 3871 Presidential Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30343 | Monday to Friday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities

The role of the Sanitation Supervisor is to manage the daily sanitation operations by following internal SSOP as required by State and Federal regulations as well as company policies.

Coordinate and manage the sanitation staff on proper cleaning protocol, training, in- process inspections to ensure staff is cleaning according to company policy.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and chemicals are on hand for proper usage.
Maintain all records (Master Sanitation Schedule, daily documentation) to Bento’s standards.
Maintain weekly staff schedules to reflect a 24-hour operation.
Coach sanitors on all sanitation standards.
Maintain communication with QA/Production management on any and all issues encountered for corrective action efforts.
Address and resolve any and all cleaning issues daily.
Work with the team to ensure maintenance issues are resolved.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
Minimum 1-year working experience working in sanitation.
Prefer to have maintenance background.
Knowledge of chemicals and chemical titration.
Ability to follow all related SSOPs, work instructions, safety and PPEs.
Ability to lift to 23 kg (50 lb).
Basic knowledge of mathematics and ability to use computers.
HazCom certificate an asset
