Where: Hybrid role (3 days in office) in Atlanta, GA; Douglassville, PA; Philadelphia, PA; or Charlotte, NC, with occasional travel.

Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant joins the corporate accounting team, supporting income tax processes, indirect tax filings, reconciliations, and audits. This hybrid role provides an opportunity to collaborate across multiple offices while contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/review federal, multistate, and indirect tax returns (sales, use, personal property, business licenses)

  • Support company tax audits and respond to tax notices

  • Maintain, reconcile, and resolve tax accounts

  • Conduct technical research for tax issues

  • Assist with financial information for external service providers

  • Serve as a resource for tax department management and cross-company inquiries

  • Complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 6 years corporate accounting experience OR 3 years public accounting

  • Active CPA license in your work state

  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite

  • Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
