Senior Analyst, Production Support

  • What this job involves:Ā 

Join JLL's premier Investment Sales Advisory team as a Senior Analyst, whereĀ you'llĀ be at the forefront of commercial real estate investment transactions that drive market activity across all property sectors. This role provides comprehensive exposure to the complete transaction lifecycle, fromĀ initialĀ property underwriting and market analysis to closing coordination and client relationship management. Working within our high-energy, collaborative environment,Ā you'llĀ developĀ expertiseĀ in sophisticated financial modeling while creating compelling investment sales packages that attract institutional and private capital. This position offers exceptional foundational experience in commercial real estate capital markets, providing you with the skills and industry knowledge to advance your career within JLL's global investment sales platform while contributing to transactions that reshape skylines and communities.Ā 

  • What your day-to-day will look like:Ā 

• Create comprehensive investment sales offering packages and submissions incorporating detailed market research, advanced financial modeling, and persuasive executive summaries for diverse commercial property typesĀ Ā 

• Develop sophisticated financial models for various commercial real estate assets,Ā utilizingĀ market data and JLL proprietary resources to ensureĀ accurateĀ valuation and competitive positioningĀ Ā 

• Manage due diligence processes efficiently while driving marketing campaigns and closing activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout each transaction lifecycleĀ Ā 

• MaintainĀ consistent communication with Producers, market participants, and clients, providing regular updates and strategic insights toĀ facilitateĀ successful transaction outcomesĀ Ā 

• Analyze marketing feedback and buyer interest to help clientsĀ optimizeĀ disposition strategies, pricing decisions, and investment positioning for maximum market appealĀ Ā 

• DemonstrateĀ proficiencyĀ with industry databases and research platforms to extract actionable insights for market trend analysis and compelling client presentationsĀ Ā 

• Review and analyze complex real estate documentation including leases, loan documents, and appraisals toĀ identifyĀ factors affecting property valuation and marketabilityĀ 

  • Required Qualifications:Ā 

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Ā Ā 

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis environment, with commercial real estate investment or brokerage experience strongly preferredĀ Ā 

• Intermediate to advancedĀ proficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for sophisticated financial modeling and analysisĀ Ā 

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities withĀ demonstratedĀ client interaction capabilitiesĀ Ā 

• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex market data into strategic recommendationsĀ Ā 

• Self-motivated professional withĀ strong teamĀ orientation and excellent time management skills to handle multiple concurrent transactionsĀ Ā 

• Proven ability to communicate complex analytical and marketing data effectively to senior executives and institutional clientsĀ 

  • Preferred Qualifications:Ā 

• ARGUS Enterprise experience or certification considered a significant advantage for property cash flow modelingĀ Ā 

• Database management and research platform experience with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, or similar industry toolsĀ Ā 

• Knowledge of CRM systems and client relationship management best practicesĀ Ā 

• PreviousĀ exposure to commercial real estate transactions, underwriting processes, or investment analysisĀ Ā 

• Pursuit of relevant industry certifications (ARGUS, advanced Excel modeling, CCIM) encouragedĀ Ā 

• Experience with investment committee presentations or institutional investor interactionsĀ Ā 

• Active participation in real estate trade organizations and professional networking eventsĀ

Standard business hours with flexibility for property tours, client meetings, and transaction deadlinesĀ

Compensation: Range listed below is for base salary and position is eligible forĀ additionalĀ discretionary bonus.Ā
