About NtegralÂ
Ntegral is an AI-first technology company specializing in cloud marketplace solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform. We operate at the intersection of automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure, delivering scalable solutions to enterprise customers through hyperscaler marketplaces.Â
Position Overview
Ntegral is seeking a Senior DevOps / Multi-Cloud Delivery Lead to own the infrastructure and automated delivery pipeline that powers our marketplace operations. The automation framework is already built and tested — this person's job is to own it, maintain it, extend it, and handle platform changes as they arise. This is a hands-on technical lead role. The right candidate is senior enough to understand complex cloud infrastructure, provide day-to-day technical direction to a junior engineer, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a lean, AI-first environment.
The ideal candidate thinks in systems — understanding how infrastructure changes ripple across multiple platforms simultaneously — and makes sound technical decisions independently, especially under time pressure. They absorb platform changes and new tooling rapidly, proactively identify risks and improvements without waiting to be directed, and bring precision to every layer of a complex automated system where small errors have downstream consequences. They are reliable, consistent, and effective at coordinating workstreams across engineering and product functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Own, maintain, and extend Ntegral’s automated marketplace publishing pipeline across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCPÂ
Manage end-to-end build, deploy, test, and submission workflows for marketplace solutionsÂ
Monitor system performance and ensure solutions operate within platform specifications and compliance requirementsÂ
Handle platform updates, certification changes, and hyperscaler policy changes as they ariseÂ
Provide day-to-day technical direction to the existing Azure Cloud SpecialistÂ
Collaborate with the Full Stack Developer and Product Manager to align deployment timelines with product launchesÂ
Analyze and resolve infrastructure issues, adapting automation to maintain efficiency at scaleÂ
Document operational processes and technical procedures to support knowledge transfer and team growthÂ
Stay current with hyperscaler platform updates, certifications, and marketplace requirements across all four platformsÂ
Technical RequirementsÂ
Microsoft Azure certification required (AZ-104 Administrator Associate or AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert preferred)Â
AWS certification required (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)Â
GCP and OCI certifications preferred (OCI certifications available through Oracle University)Â
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)Â
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native deploymentÂ
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or equivalent)Â
AI literacy is required. Must be comfortable working in an environment where automation and AI tools are core to daily operations (e.g., using AI-assisted development tools, writing and refining prompts, and critically evaluating AI-generated output as a standard part of workflows)
Demonstrated experience managing multi-cloud environments across two or more hyperscalersÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience with hyperscaler marketplace publishing (Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, OCI Marketplace, or GCP Marketplace)Â
Experience providing technical direction to junior engineers or contractorsÂ
Familiarity with SEO standards for marketplace listing optimizationÂ
Education & ExperienceÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Â
A minimum of 5 years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience required, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity managing multi-cloud environments.Â
