JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for elements of the financial reporting and consolidation supporting Proof leadership to provide timely, data-driven reporting and insights to inform decisions around the Company’s Key Events and New Business Initiatives. The role will also play a key role in supporting the onsite finance delivery for the events, particularly on PGA & Other Large Sporting Events. RESPONSIBILITIES Support P+L leaders in the consolidation of forecasts and monitoring of core economics of key events Lead projects / model development to answer specific questions related to financial performance or strategic initiatives and identify recommendations to drive results Support the Business Development team to evaluate new opportunities, especially around key events and other new initiatives in sports. Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, channel and product analysis, and pipeline analysis Maintain consolidation of the event plan, financial models and scenario analysis Oversee forecast and monthly monitoring of event specific G&A, including streamlining processes and supervising account reconciliations Assist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reporting for key events. Partner with the P&L Leads and broader Proof accounting teams as needed on monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and financial strategy and planning Performs other related duties as needed. QualificationsRequired Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule with availability to travel throughout the year.  This position will require moderate travel, especially around key events and new business initiative evaluation.    Preferred Education and/or Experience Ideal background experience include but are not limited to investment banking, consulting, or corporate FP+A Able to summarize information into insights using a mix of data presentation and visualization techniques Excellent excel and modeling skills; capable in PowerPoint Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally. This position will work closely with C-Suites and Senior Leaders in S&E. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This is considered a full-time salary position with starting rate of $125,000/year plus opportunity for annual performance bonus.
