What you’ll own

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI and Automation Platforms - to help build the next generation of AI-powered and automated customer experiences. As AI changes the way that we work as well as how software platforms and merchants interact with their customers, we are looking for a forward-looking leader who will help to shape the future of ways of working at Global Payments and how our partners engage with customers.  The ideal candidate should not be afraid to shake things up. You'll have the opportunity to define new product capabilities from the ground up, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation that creates measurable business results. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, embraces emerging technologies, and enjoys turning bold ideas into impactful products.

  • Define and execute product strategy for AI and automation platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate complex workflows.

  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Develop experimentation frameworks and success metrics.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Drive product discovery and customer research activities.

  • Monitor adoption, business performance, and customer outcomes.

  • Establish and communicate strategic product priorities.

  • Ensure solutions align with business goals, customer needs, and operational requirements.

What you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Experience delivering technology products involving AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

  • Experience managing technology products involving automation, workflows, analytics, or intelligent systems.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or workflow orchestration platforms.

  • Experience launching data-driven or AI-enabled products.

  • Experience building zero-to-one products.

  • Experience working with data science teams.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.  This position is eligible for bonus.
