Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA 30309The Senior Property Manager at TI Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and physical performance of a chosen multifamily  property. This leadership role ensures the property meets company standards for profitability, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation. The Property Manager acts as a key liaison between ownership, residents, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of property, ensuring adherence to TI Asset Management’s standards and policies. Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets Foster positive tenant relationships, address resident concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies. Complete leadership training,  ensuring high team morale and professional development. Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and rental income through effective strategies and market analysis. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable. Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational updates. Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to position assets competitively within their submarkets. Substantial experience in property management, including supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and property operations. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency in property management software In-depth knowledge of relevant real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Real Estate license and/or industry certifications (such as CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
