As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of modern enterprise applications. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, driving technical best practices, and mentoring other engineers while remaining hands-on with the code. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with 7+ years of experience who thrives in complex technical environments, possesses strong leadership skills, and is passionate about building production-grade systems using modern C#.NET and React/TypeScript stacks.

This is a full-time position and 100% remote.  Must be comfortable working East Coast hours.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable backend services using C# and .NET 
  • Architect and build complex, responsive front-end features using React and TypeScript.
  • Guide design discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, and provide architectural leadership for development squads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, product managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality features from conception to deployment.
  • Establish engineering standards, drive clean code initiatives, and champion best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize development workflows, automate testing, and improve overall system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-scale applications for peak performance and security.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration, cloud infrastructure deployments, and automation efforts.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (Core/6+).
  • Strong hands-on experience building complex front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience architecting RESTful APIs, microservices, and managing interactions with relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e), and version control (Git).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive successful project delivery.
This role is based in the US and only open to citizens and permanent residents of the US who do not require visa sponsorship.
