We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward

In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

The Sr. Enterprise Analyst – Marketing operates as part of a Center of Excellence model, reporting into ETS while being dedicated to support the Marketing organization. This role combines traditional marketing business analysis with a Marketing Data Analyst focus.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and ETS, translating business needs into clear requirements and partnering with technical teams and vendors to deliver marketing technology solutions.
  • Act as the primary analytics partner for Marketing, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and SQL Server–based data solutions that drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Support and evolve the Marketing Platforms ecosystem, maintain the marketing applications architecture and roadmap, coordinate technical implementations (e.g., SSO integrations), and support procurement activities including contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Work closely with internal business customers to understand business requirements and lead the creation and analysis of functional designs, configuration of business processes, reports, and data loads for Marketing.

You will help ensure marketing platforms and reporting are reliable, secure, integrated, and aligned to business outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS –

  • 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst supporting business applications in an enterprise IT environment; marketing tech or marketing analytics experience preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience building Power BI dashboards and working with SQL Server (queries, joins, aggregations, basic performance tuning); strong data analysis, visualization, and data quality assessment skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms and coordinating vendors/technical teams through implementations and enhancements.
  • Experience with common MarTech platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CMS, webinar/event tools, customer advocacy/community platforms, digital analytics/tag management, personalization tools).
  • Familiarity with CRM‑to‑Marketing workflows (lead lifecycle, campaign taxonomy, scoring, routing) and how they surface in reporting.
  • 5+ years’ experience documenting business process flows (MS Visio or similar).
  • 5+ years’ experience to eliciting, document, and manage business and functional requirements including business process flows (MS Visio or similar), BRD/FRD, user stories, across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Agile delivery (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps), including writing user stories and acceptance criteria, plus experience with Agile/Waterfall software delivery methodologies.
  • 3+ years’ experience using Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence or similar Agile toolsets.
  • 5+ years’ experience translating requirements into test scripts and supporting testing/UAT.

  • 3+ years’ experience with SharePoint for document management and sharing.
  • Experience with software lifecycle management: intake, prioritization, change control, testing, and release readiness.
  • Vendor management and collaboration with Procurement/Legal/Finance on contracts and renewals.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access concepts (SSO, SAML/OIDC, user provisioning) and coordinating technology integrations and implementations.
  • Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data sync, middleware/iPaaS) and data flow mapping.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and adopt new software platforms and processes.
  • Governance mindset for metrics, definitions, and reporting assets.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate between technical teams, data concepts, and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with small, geographically distributed teams and operating both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to be flexible while delivering assignments, understanding that deliverables may change based on business needs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving decisions with incomplete information.
