The Sr. Coordinator, HR Business Partner will contribute to the daily administration of HR programs and processes in support of our senior HR Business Partners. You will coordinate with other HR team members to resolve employee issues in the assigned area. This position can be seated in out Atlanta, GA, Boise, ID, Ephrata, PA, Tampa, FL, or Kansas City, MO offices.

Your Impact

  • Prepare, review, audit, and process HR-related information and documentation in alignment with internal policies and program requirements. 

  • Respond to routine HR questions from employees and managers. 

  • Under the guidance of HR leadership, support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, talent management, and training. 

  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, audits, and files.   

  • Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reporting, including training, headcount, and attrition metrics. 

  • Deliver HR onboarding sessions and support new hire integration; facilitate small and large group presentations on HR-related content. 

  • Participate in special projects and perform additional HR duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma and minimum of five years’ experience in clerical and administrative HR support. 
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures. 
  • Understanding the value of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization of responsibilities required. 
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in data gathering and skilled in delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
  • Adjust to providing support to East, Central and West coast operational hours. 
  •  Strong employee relations experience.

Compensation


Expected Salary (all locations): $49,000- $70,000

Expected Salary (Colorado) $55,000-65,000
 

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
