As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Products to act as a key bridge in managing the relationship between our business stakeholders and our technology delivery teams.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Digital Products is responsible for developing and launching customer-facing products end-to-end while defining, delivering, and continuously improving technology-enabled products that drive measurable business value. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams-owning product vision, roadmap execution, and backlog prioritization while cultivating strong relationships across the organization. You will also lead modern digital product practices for the team: how we frame problems, how we conduct discovery and research, how we use generative tools, how we measure impact, and how we deliver rapidly and responsibly across Cox Farms. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing enterprise‑scale IT Products and can operate comfortably at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Relationship Management
- Act as the primary product liaison for key business stakeholders, building trusted partnerships across business departments
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with product strategy and organizational objectives
- Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, roadmap discussions, and outcome-based conversations
- Translate complex business problems into clear product opportunities and success metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with Cox Farms employees, policy advisors, legal counsel, and executive sponsors, translating between policy goals and product decisions in both directions
Product Strategy & Roadmaps
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Â maintain product roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy
- Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform roadmap priorities
- Ensure roadmap transparency and alignment across leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Coordinate with the wider IT team on what is needed for production launch, including platforms, performance, security, accessibility, and compliance reviews
Product Backlog Management & Grooming
- Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value
- Guide Product Owners in writing clear, actionable epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria aligned with best practices in Product Management
- Lead and facilitate regular backlog grooming/refinement sessions with engineering and delivery teams
- Continuously refine backlog priorities based on stakeholder input, customer needs, and delivery insights
Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Delivery teams to deliver high-quality product increments
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Move efficiently through discovery, rapid prototyping, iteration, pilot, and launch, to make pragmatic data-informed trade-off decisions to maximize value, quality, and time-to-market
- Ensure delivered solutions meet user needs, business outcomes, and technical standards
- Partner with communications, executive offices, and external partner organizations on announcement plans, briefings, and post-launch traffic
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop team of Product Owners, setting the vision, mission, and ways of working across all Product Owners to ensure a consistent experience and delivery level.
- Prioritize and assign workload, ensuring coverage of prioritized Digital products and the delivery of business value
- Foster a collaborative, user-focused, service-oriented culture within the team
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor product KPIs and develop clear metrics to measure success and guide future decisions
- Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to inform iterative improvements
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, human-centered design, and continuous improvement
- Create a Best Practice Product Management organization by leveraging experience, industry best practices, and fit-for-purpose approaches to develop standardized, repeatable, effective Product Management practices.
- Move efficiently through discovery, rapid prototyping, iteration, pilot, and launch, making pragmatic tradeoffs to support and align with scope, quality, and timing
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Architecture, or related roles
- Proven experience managing complex product roadmaps and backlogs
- Strong business relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Architecture, or related roles
- Experience working in matrixed organizations
- Background in digital platforms, data-driven products, or enterprise systems
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, Aha!, Product board, or similar
- CSPO, SAFe POPM, or other product-related certifications

Travel
Travel will be required to our locations to build relationships, see processes in action, document requirements, implement systems, and provide support. Expect to travel approximately 1-2 times per month.
