About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in our regional officein Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support accurate financial reporting in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Coordinate project billing and assist with timely and accurate invoicing.
- Perform job cost reconciliation and support analysis of project financials.
- Maintain asset accounting records and assist with related reconciliations.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and accounting colleagues while managing individual responsibilities with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent follow‑up skills.
