Job Description:
Applies talent development and organizational design/effectiveness expertise to lead the development of enterprise wide or LOB-specific solutions. Supports the more senior business leaders and complex leadership solutions. Will work with the business and/or talent client team to develop and implement solutions. Applies expertise in talent development to identify opportunities, strategies and solutions that are directly linked to organizational and business goals. Establishes and maintains partnerships with Global Talent colleagues, GHR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to identify and drive performance improvement. Responsible for providing and overseeing high level consultative support to lead the design, development and implementation of talent development services supporting multiple priorities and initiatives with significant impact on customer and financial results. Responsible for ensuring integration with local, regional, and national business partners to drive successful execution of talent development solutions. Requires deep subject matter expertise in talent solution development. Responsible for hiring, managing, coaching and developing associates including, but not limited to Talent Consultant I, II, Talent Analyst, etc.

The Enterprise Manager Development (EMD) Talent manager leads the integrated Design & Development, Enablement and Operations teams for Enterprise Manager Development (EMD), ensuring cohesive execution of enterprise manager solutions and disciplined operational delivery. The role ensures that content, systems, processes, data, and routines work together as a single ecosystem—supporting EMD program managers, enabling Academy partnership, and reinforcing EMD’s enterprise standards. This leader will ensure consistency and integration across COE, Talent, GHR, Academy, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, leadership and associates. This leader will also act as a strategic partner, working closely together on process improvements and initiatives that add value to our enterprise function and the managers and leaders we support.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, coach, develop, onboard, and offboard a team spanning Design & Development, Data Insights / EMD Intake, Operations, and Enablement

  • Monitor the current environment and shifting business priorities to ensure the EMD portfolio remains relevant, responsive, and focused on the topics managers need most

  • Manage day-to-day and longer-term manager development, operational, and team enablement activities associated with intake, myLearning, LEAP and related platforms

  • Apply Global Talent expertise to identify opportunities, strategies, and operational improvements in the way we work; translate feedback, data, and stakeholder insights into actionable process improvements that increase quality, predictability, and speed

  • Consult and partner across Global Talent with client facing and Center of Excellence senior leaders to deliver an integrated, consistent and enterprise-aligned approach to manager development

  • Build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including LOB Talent, HR and Academy partners

 Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Global Talent, Human Resources, learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related function

  • Direct LOB client-facing experience including consulting with senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor

  • Strong data competence, including the ability to interpret feedback, metrics, and trends; identify what the data is signaling; and translate insights into proactive recommendations and decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading talent, learning, manager development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives from strategy through execution

  • Strong execution discipline, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive clarity, inspect progress, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment

  • Strong relationship management, communication, influence, and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust across peer, partner, and senior leader group

  • Ability to think end-to-end across processes, systems, stakeholders, and risks to identify barriers, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience leading or managing a team, including coaching, development, onboarding, performance routines, and work prioritization

  • Experience with enterprise learning platforms, intake processes, manager development solutions, myLearning, LEAP, or comparable systems

  • Experience using AI, automation, dashboards, or other technology to improve quality, speed, insights, or operational effectiveness

  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed, fast-paced enterprise environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Knowledge of talent development, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, or enterprise capability-building practices

Pay range$125,000.00 - $185,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
