Compensation:Â Budgeted between $56,800 and $68,400 dependent upon years of applicable experience.
Hybrid:Â Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.Â
Responsibilities:
Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes.
Attend, participate in, and facilitate project meetings – independently or in conjunction with the Implementation Manager.
Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases.
Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases.
Set up and coordinate activities relating to the implementation and training of the Experity Teleradiology PACS software/HL7 and Teleradiology workflow, along with post go-live support / training for Clients and Radiologists.
Serve as PACS subject matter expert for Teleradiology and contribute to PACS support-related matters as needed.
Serve as HL7 subject matter expert for Teleradiology and participate in HL7 support-related matters as needed.
Manage, track, and support Experity EMR HL7 implementations and conversions.
Serve as the teleradiology services workflow subject matter expert for Teleradiology and participate in support and/or process improvement-related matters as needed.
Create/update training materials relative to PACS workflow as needed.
Manage the relationship with the Client or Radiologist and all stakeholders during the implementation process.
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager throughout the process to ensure alignment with the Client's expectations and account management.
Responsible for PACS configuration of Facilities, User Accounts and User Worklist as part of the implementation process or as needed.
Responsible for the installation and configuration of DICOM routing software as part of the implementation process.
Validate that standard best-practice system and workflow standards are implemented and Client / Radiologist is ready for target go live through necessary testing and evaluation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel:Â
Ability to travel as needed.
Education and Experience:Â
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years related experience with PACS implementation, clinic management, or related fields.
Proficient in Windows based applications inclusive of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce
Project Management experience.
