Hybrid - Atlanta, GA HQ - reports to Senior Director, Workday HRIS

Job Purpose:

Our Workday Analyst will play a key role in guiding the continued design, maintenance, and support for our Core HCM, payroll and compensation modules within Workday. This includes the annual compensation cycle, Workday compensation specific processes and technical improvements such as compensation reporting, job profile setup to include job families, compensation grades and job reclassification projects. You will leverage best practices to design, configure, and test solutions, partner with compensation Team & payroll to conduct end-user training sessions, and provide post-implementation support. We're looking for someone motivated to continuously improve our processes and Workday design. The role also provides support for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues as well as answering end user questions.

Job Responsibilities:

ā— Serve as subject matter expert for Core HCM, Payroll and Compensation modules in Workday. Strong configuration experience and knowledge in these modules is needed to oversee and advise on capabilities related to any new compensation projects and to support continuous improvement efforts.
ā— Configure Workday business process and participate in system testing to ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
ā— Optimize process design to meet the changing needs of the business and keep the user experience in mind. Provide recommendations through a consultative approach and document changes for change control purposes.
ā— Investigate and resolve Workday issues, unexpected results or process gaps
ā— Lead Projects to include conducting working sessions with the business to gather, understand and analyze business requirements.
ā— Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to include creation of calculated fields
ā— Maintain visibility on Workday Community and local user groups to keep abreast of new features, product defects and advocate for desired enhancements.
ā— Monitor Workday roadmap and community to drive improvements and innovation
ā— Partner with 3rd party resources, as assigned, for required Workday updates and additional module rollouts.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

ā— Monitor Workday HCM and Compensation roadmap and community to drive improvements and innovation.

ā— Partner certifications or Workday Pro certifications preferred.

ā— Strong understanding of the business process framework, security, and reporting.

ā— Serve as subject matter expert for Core HCM, Payroll & Compensation modules in Workday. Strong configuration experience & knowledge in these modules is needed to oversee & advise on capabilities related to any new compensation projects & to support continuous improvement efforts.

Work Experience:

ā— 3-5 years of related job experience.ā— Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.ā— Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.ā— Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.ā— Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.ā— Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.ā— Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

Education:

ā— Bachelor's Degree Preferred
