JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:  

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions that help healthcare organizations operate more effectively. This role blends strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless system integration.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, experience with enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and Salesforce OmniStudio, and a passion for building innovative, connected healthcare platforms that drive meaningful transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Architect and design scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with client goals, compliance requirements, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Leverage Salesforce Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to create cohesive cross-cloud solutions.
  • Apply Enterprise Architecture principles (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) to ensure platform resilience and modernization.
  • Lead Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures) implementations for guided flows and data handling.

Hands-On Development & Implementation

  • Configure and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Design and implement robust MuleSoft Anypoint integrations between Salesforce and external systems (EHRs, legacy .NET apps, Genesys CTI, Adobe Sign, Brainshark, etc.).
  • Lead data migration efforts for structured/unstructured data using Apex Data Loader, ETL tools, and advanced transformation logic.
  • Actively participate in solutioning, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes using DevOps tools (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum).

 Integration & Data Strategy

  • Build secure, scalable integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, APIs, middleware, and legacy system bridges (.NET, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance for migrations from legacy CRMs and clinical platforms to Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) for unified patient profiles, audience segmentation, and personalization is a strong plus.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by translating business needs into high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct architectural governance, lead technical design workshops, and contribute to agile ceremonies.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, estimating, and SOW definition.

Platform Governance & Best Practices

  • Champion Salesforce security (Shield Encryption, FLS, CRUD), compliance (HIPAA, SOX), and best practices.
  • Conduct performance tuning and platform health assessments.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, health tech trends, and maintain a roadmap for platform optimization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Active, extensive knowledge of Salesforce, required
  • Data Migration knowledge with proven success
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, Flows
    • Salesforce DevOps (Copado, AutoRABIT, Git)
    • Salesforce Shield, Security & Access Control
  • Proven experience with data migration tools and strategies including Apex Data Loader, ETL tools, and large-scale transformation logic.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) is preferred
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and with executive leadership.

WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software development, including 5-7 years in Salesforce ecosystem with multiple cloud expertise.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, Flows
    • Salesforce DevOps (Copado, AutoRABIT, Git)
    • Salesforce Shield, Security & Access Control
  • Proven experience with data migration tools and strategies including Apex Data Loader, ETL tools, and large-scale transformation logic.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) is preferred
  • Strong technical leadership and team mentoring skills.
