The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent who will customarily and regularly be engaged in outside sales activities away from their assigned AAA branch. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members. Responsibilities include soliciting and selling Life & Health insurance and Annuity products primarily within ACG branch location, developing leads and prospects through various marketing activities, preparing proposals, closing sales, completing applications and forms, working collaboratively with others in the Branch, assisting Underwriting and Brokerage Departments, responding to customer inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining production standards. Candidates must possess valid State Life Sales licenses, maintain Life and Health licenses, have a valid State driver’s license, and meet other licensing requirements. Education requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience with a proven record of successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products is required. The role requires strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products, ability to analyze customer needs, communicate complex information clearly, prepare proposals, build relationships, prospect new sales opportunities, work collaboratively, and maintain strong organizational skills. The work environment is a temperature-controlled office with limited travel for community events. AAA The Auto Club Group offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, unlimited income potential with average earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 (base plus commissions), and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, paid leave, tuition assistance, AAA membership, and more.
