Primary Responsibilities
- Perform materiel management functions and data entry required to maintain inventory and
financial records.
- Develop and maintain reporting system or program measures of effectiveness in the support of
customer requirements and readiness objectives.
- Ensure that the items are packaged, labeled, shipped, and delivered in accordance with the requirements.
- Assist in managing critical aspects of development, production, deployment and integrated logistics support of systems, supplies and equipment.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of inventory management.
- Submit regular logistics performance summaries and reports to FMS Team Lead.
- Be responsible for meeting inventory management鈥檚 goals and objectives.
- Assist with all supply chain logistics operations including warehousing, packaging and
shipping/receiving.
- Perform visual inspections for corrosion and/or damage to temperature monitoring equipment.
- Operate an analog phone line test set and temperature standard thermometer to maintain cGMP requirements.
- Be responsible for assisting in planning and conducting FMS annual inventory audits.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 4 years' related experience

Basic Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Knowledge of and experience supporting supply chain operations system聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Required to be on-call 24 hours/7 days a week. Must be able to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes with a recall of 90 minutes to report to designated location. Must carry a cell phone at all times.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Must have the ability to handle requests from multiple groups/organizations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to prioritize tasks and scope with occasional periods of stress when dealing with critical situations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Possesses excellent English language skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Demonstrates strong customer relations capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction with SNS services.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Experience working in a call center environment where teamwork was an essential element of service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Previous experience supporting a government agency.
