The Outbound Distribution Analyst is responsible for managing inventory at the distribution centers and ensuring effective and efficient delivery from distribution centers to restaurants. The Analyst is responsible for resolving distribution issues for restaurants, tracking and reporting service level metrics from distributors, managing inventory levels at distributors and ensuring continuous supply. The analyst will also be responsible for developing relationships internally and externally and will organize and facilitate meetings. Â
This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles day to day distribution communication and issue resolution with our distribution partners and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and the distributors as distribution related issues occurÂ
- Develop corrective action plans with all parties and communicate appropriately with follow up as neededÂ
Relationship development and management with all parties that touch distribution. To include, but not limited to: distributors, supply chain team and other internal functions, field operations, and franchisees
- Conduct meetings with distributors, franchisees, and field operations to enable and strengthen relationships between the partiesÂ
- Develop a deep understanding of foodservice distribution and restaurant operations to identify service opportunities and drive desired results
Managing core inventory levels at the distribution centersÂ
- Obtain and review daily inventory reports from the distribution centersÂ
- Ensure a proper balance of inventory across the distribution centers with sufficient safety stock to enable fill rate compliance  Â
- Communicate inventory related issues to field operations while providing resolution for the restaurants  Â
Tracking and reporting service levels from distributorsÂ
- Collect service level performance reports from the distributors Â
- Utilize the data with the distributors to determine root causes and agree on improvement initiatives areasÂ
- Generate database of KPIs and trends on service level performance to share with appropriate parties and use for distribution business reviews Â
- Communicate DC service level KPIs and trends to brand leadership, distributors, and franchisees

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-Year degree
- Up to 2 years in similar industry preferred, but not necessaryÂ
- Customer Service experience in previous jobsÂ
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Experience in Supply Chain ManagementÂ
- Proficient in MS Office applications Â
- Medium to High level of Excel Analytics understandingÂ
- Restaurant / Food Service experience preferredÂ
- Domestic Travel up to 10% Â
