Job Type: Full Time

Hybrid: Experity offers team members the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected in person. This position requires you to live within a commutable distance from one of our offices and be available to work onsite as needed for collaboration and team engagement/collaboration.

Compensation: Budgeted between $63,900 and $75,000 dependent upon years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Payment Posting Team (Batch Prep and Reconciliation) with either stateside, offshore, or a hybrid team.

  • Train, develop, and mentor team members by assessing needs, addressing performance and behavior strength/weaknesses through timely use of coaching feedback, performance appraisals, and corrective action plans.

  • Ensure that training and mentoring of team members follows RCM outline.

  • Ability to identify issues such as, but not limited to, payer, claims, key performance indicators, client, EDI and payment issues and perform both root cause analysis and resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Organizational navigation for collaboration and issue resolution.

  • Accurately track team attendance, work schedules, payroll, quality assurance of work, recording of productivity.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, third party agencies, and other Experity departments.

  • Demonstrate solid listening skills, allowing for appropriate identification of issues and facilitate discussion and resolution, as appropriate.

  • Participate in interviewing and hiring of new team members.

  • Prepare statistical reports for areas of responsibility.

  • Responsible for system configuration accuracy related to their areas of oversight.

  • Create, maintain, review, and enforce standardized operating procedures with team members.

  • Ability to prepare, complete, review, and interpret performance reports.

  • Travel for client visits or Experity meetings, as needed.

  • Support CSM team on client needs/escalations.

  • Attend client calls to support CSM team as needed.

  • Timely response to client calls and communication.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least five years of experience in medical billing.

  • At least two years of management experience.

  • At least two years of experience managing offshore labor.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Strong Excel and PowerBI/Data Analytics Tool skills.

  • Preferred :

    • Understanding of managed care
