This is a full time, in-person position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

The Marketing Community Associate expands Duck Head’s community reach by cultivating relationships with media, creators, and brand partners—turning outreach into meaningful opportunities that build awareness, drive engagement, and celebrate the brand’s heritage and lifestyle.

About the Role:

  • Manage the PR and outreach calendar, ensuring seasonal product launches, collaborations, and brand stories are strategically pitched and supported.     
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, social creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with Duck Head’s values and aesthetic, including recruitment, outreach, and partnership management.              
  • Execute influencer partnerships end-to-end, including gifting, order consolidation, content tracking, performance reporting, and ongoing list management.              
  • Write and distribute pitch emails to fashion, lifestyle, and outdoor media to secure earned coverage.
  • Support planning and execution of events, collaborations, pop-ups, and partnerships, including logistics, partner coordination, and onsite support.           
  • Concept and source promotional items that enhance brand storytelling and resonate with the Duck Head community.         
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across all outreach efforts.           
  • Track, analyze, and recap outreach and influencer performance on a weekly and campaign basis—evaluating content quality, engagement, traffic, sales, and ROI—to keep stakeholders informed.        
  • Research outreach trends, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform proactive strategies and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the brand.

  • Advanced computer skills, Excel and Word.
