Job Summary

The Campus Executive Chef oversees all culinary operations for a high-volume dining program at Emory University. This role leads a team of associates, ensures food quality and consistency, and maintains strict safety and sanitation standards while driving an exceptional dining experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across the account
• Develop and execute menus aligned with client expectations and dining trends
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Partner with marketing and culinary teams to launch new programs and initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications

:• Culinary degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume production and catering operations
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and growth
