Overview
Stern Edlin Graham, P.C. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. With a reputation for exceptional legal standards combined with creativity and tenacity, the lawyers at Stern Edlin Graham, P.C. are accomplished in mediating, arbitrating and litigating complex, high-asset divorce cases. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing family law cases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, providing essential administrative and research support to ensure efficient case management and client service. Candidates with experience in legal research, document review, and case management are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with discovery as needed on all legal matters
  • Provide paralegal support on legal cases as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation, filing, and case management
  • Conduct legal research and manage case files as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of related experience in Family Law required
  • Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
  • Paralegal certificate required

  • In-depth understanding of legal terminology, principles, research methods, court pleadings, and legal processes
