Job DetailsJob Location: Peachtree Church - Atlanta, GA 30305Job Title: Barista  Department/Ministry: Steeple Coffee  Reports to: Steeple Coffee Lead  Days Worked: Sunday through Thursday (may vary)/Monday through Friday - Must be able to work weekends Required Hours: (Part-Time), Hourly, Non-Exempt  Salary: $13-15/hr + tips Benefit Eligible: No      Job Summary:   Skilled in preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, efficiently handling food and beverage orders, and providing support with food preparation and service to ensure a positive customer experience.    Duties/Responsibilities:    Create and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.) with consistency.  Engage with customers, offering recommendations and creating a positive service experience.  Keep the workstation clean and organized.  Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beans, and equipment.  Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory for the coffee bar.  Help with disposing of trash and keeping the coffee bar organized.  Assist with general cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to prepare Steeple Coffee for the next day.    QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:   Friendly and hospitable.   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.  Excellent organizational skills.   Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.  Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.   Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.    Education and Experience:  At least two years of related experience preferred     Physical Requirements:   Prolonged periods of standing  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
