What You'll Do

As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

  • Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration
  • Insurance & Payments: Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports
  • Chart Management: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services
  • Cash Handling: Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation
  • Team Support: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
