About the Role:
Join Kula Bowls as a Team Member, where you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering delicious smoothies, Acai Bowls & Toasts in a fun and friendly atmosphere! This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a smile while preparing and serving our signature smoothies, Acai Bowls, sandwiches and frozen treats.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist in restocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, Monday -Friday, No Weekends
- Work hours 8:45am-5:45pm
- Part -time only (22 -28hrs)
