As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken according to site requirements.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
