Looking for a summer job that doesn’t feel like a job? Pace is hiring Seasonal Summer Programs Associates to help run our awesome summer camps—and yes, that means games, activities, and making a real impact (while having a blast).
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and jumping into camp activities (think games, crafts, outdoor fun, field trips)
Hanging out with campers and making sure everyone feels included and supported
Keeping things safe, positive, and full of energy
Being part of a team that knows how to work hard and have fun
We’re looking for someone who:
Can think on their feet and go with the flow
Loves working with kids (especially elementary-age campers)
Brings energy, creativity, and patience
Is ready to be a role model and hype person all in one

The details:
Flexible shifts between 8a.m. – 6p.m. (3–8 hours/day)
Program runs June 1 – July 17, 2026
No camp the week of June 29 – July 3 (hello, mid-summer break)
You’ll report to our Auxiliary Programs leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School Diploma required
Experience working with children
WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and keyboard
Work conditions include working outdoors in cold/hot temperatures
Light to moderate lifting up to 25 pounds required
