About the Role
Our Tennis Front Desk Attendant is the first person the member sees when they walk into the Tennis Shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring tennis court reservations throughout shift
- Greeting members and guests entering facility
- Filling requisitions for food, drinks, and snacks behind the counter and keeping full stock.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as:
- sports drinks, soda, water
- pouring beers from beer kegs
- serving wine
- making mixed liquor drinks - a select few
- Must be available to work weeknight evenings and weekends (AM or PM).
- Communicating between tennis professionals, maintenance staff, tennis management, and other clubhouse departments
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Checking out members with merchandise through Northstar POS system
- Must have great communication skills and outgoing personality
- Must be organized
- Must be efficient in their work
- Must be customer-service oriented
- Must be eager to learn
