What聽You鈥檒l聽Do

As the聽Executive Assistant,聽you鈥檒l聽be a trusted partner to our CEO聽and executive team聽ensuring聽their time is聽optimized,聽priorities are aligned, and operations run smoothly.聽You鈥檒lplay a critical role in enabling executive focus,聽facilitatingcommunication, and driving efficiency across the leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO聽and other executive team members
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for executive meetings and leadership off-sites
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
  • Project Coordination:聽Assist聽with special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Operational Efficiency:聽Identify聽and implement systems and processes to improve executive productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications聽

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence,聽judgement聽and discretion
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action
  • Ability to travel聽throughout the year with the team to offsite meetings and events
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency聽with tools聽Microsoft 365, Slack, and project management platforms
