What聽You鈥檒l聽Do聽
As the聽Executive Assistant,聽you鈥檒l聽be a trusted partner to our CEO聽and executive team聽ensuring聽their time is聽optimized,聽priorities are aligned, and operations run smoothly.聽You鈥檒l聽play a critical role in enabling executive focus,聽facilitating聽communication, and driving efficiency across the leadership team.聽

Primary Responsibilities聽
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts聽
- Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO聽and other executive team members聽
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for executive meetings and leadership off-sites聽
- Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting聽
- Project Coordination:聽Assist聽with special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives as needed聽
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism聽
- Operational Efficiency:聽Identify聽and implement systems and processes to improve executive productivity聽
聽
Required Skills & Qualifications聽聽
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a startup or tech environment.聽
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills聽
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities聽
- High emotional intelligence,聽judgement聽and discretion聽
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action聽
- Ability to travel聽throughout the year with the team to offsite meetings and events聽
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments聽
- Proficiency聽with tools聽Microsoft 365, Slack, and project management platforms聽
