Job Purpose:

Our Product Manager will have full ownership of various product categories and will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan. This role will establish: Where to Play, How to Win, and what Capabilities & Tracking are needed to achieve their specific financial targets.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage data accuracy and health of item master and legacy master item data.
● Create new/optimize current item setup and maintenance processes and work with internal customers to gain alignment on and meet expectations of SLA’s.
● Provide training and guidance to PIM team to ensure they have the required skill sets needed as well as ensure they are developing new skill sets that align with their career development goals.
● Manager the entry and maintenance of all item master data and extension into legacy systems requiring a general knowledge of downstream system integrations and resulting impacts.
● Institutionalize processes to drive engagement and provide a high-level with key stakeholders and business leaders.
● Prioritize PIM team project requests and ensure of alignment with Master Data Management (MDM) projects and initiatives.
● Implement/Maintain communications processes and tools to drive engagement with business stakeholder and create transparency with business partners.
● Create and report PIM team’s individual and overall KPI’s.
● Partner with Digital Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure item data is setup and flowing properly to avoid communication issues and create a great user experience.
● SME of item data for MDM leadership team and data governance council.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Experience in product management, marketing, procurement and/or supply chain is required.
● Subject Matter Expert of Packaging or Facility Solutions products a strong plus.
● Understand financial systems and metrics.
● Understanding of supply chain and vendor manufacturing.
● Strong negotiation skills and relationship building.
● Demonstrated ability to present and clearly define sourcing strategy to varied audiences.
● Metrics driven as strong analytical skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.● Experience working with ERP systems, contract management, CRM systems and project management tools preferred.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
