Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs throughout the hospitality facility.
Identify maintenance needs and recommend repair or replacement of equipment as necessary.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to guests.
Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events or special functions as needed.
Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards relevant to building maintenance.
