Job Description

•  Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans for finished goods based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.

•  Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers to prevent stock outs and excess inventory.

•  Balance supply and demand by adjusting production and distribution plans in response to forecast changes, promotions, or disruptions.

•  Collaborate with demand planning, business planning, sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to align assumptions and execution priorities.

•  Execute planning processes such as MPS and IBP supply reviews.

•  Identify supply risks (capacity constraints, supplier issues, transportation disruptions) and develop contingency or mitigation plans.

•  Track and report on key supply chain metrics such as inventory turns, supplier OTIF and forecast adherence.

•  Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
